This is the place for you to create an order for your personalised dance gifts directly with me, to receive a 10% Discount. Please submit separate forms if ordering for more than one name.
Once I have received your order, I will send you, via email, an invoice, with your discount and details for how to pay.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for your order to be ready for collection.
