Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services a to you. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine, will not be able to supply goods and services to you.

I Do Wedding Stationery reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions at each stage of your Stationery Process. All orders placed with I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.

Minimum Order

There is a minimum order of 35 for all save the dates, Invitations and Thank you cards and a minimum order of 25 evening reception cards, if ordered at the same time as as Wedding Invitations. There is a minimum order of 20 for all reprints after your order has been completed and reprint costs may be higher per unit than the initial order cost. We advise ordering extra invitations if you think additional invitations may be required once it is time to send them to your guests.


Proofs will be sent via email, prior to the commencement of your order. We will follow with great detail the design brief or specifications you give us.  

We request that all details to be printed on Invitations, in addition to ‘on the day stationery’, including guest names, table plans and order of service, are sent in digital form, and prefer this sent as a Word Document or Excel spreadsheet. However if you are not familiar with this software, we will accept these details in an email. We do not accept a photo of handwritten information.

Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with type errors and subsequently printed,  I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required, a 50% reprint cost is applied to the stationery piece or pieces. It is therefore of the utmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs. 

Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from printed colour, each screen is collaborated differently and this is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets. Please bare in mind that printers also vary and that your final stationery will be printed on the highest quality professional print press therefore the colours may differ slightly. If you feel any colour variation will be an issue, we recommend requesting a printed proof in advance, there is a charge of £10.

We provide two digital proofs free of charge, thereafter proofs will be charge at £10 per proof. We highly recommend reading through all designs carefully and sending back your changes in one go. Please be aware that any major changes to the design at this stage may incur a further design fee.  Once you are happy with the final proof, formal approval is accepted via email.  We will forward this to you via email to be completed and returned confirming that you are happy for us to go to print.  This must be completed before we can go to print.

Change of Design

If you decide to change the design completely after your design has been sent to you, an additional fee of £50 would apply.


If you choose to have your order delivered rather than collecting in person, I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been dispatched. The utmost care will be taken when packaging your stationery for delivery. Any order being sent by post must be sent as a special delivery with an additional insurance cover, and this will be quoted for you prior to posting.

Cancellations, Loss or Damage

Once an order has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate any amendments that you request to numbers and requirements. However, once any third party costs have been incurred, it will not be possible to cancel an item.

Any orders cancelled before works has commenced will receive the deposit back in full. Your deposit is non-refundable once you have received a proof.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions (or any other agreement between us) that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event and we will arrange a new timeline or delivery date.


All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine, they may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine.

It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as the words of hymns or poems, images or photographs which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright.

I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote our products and services. However, we will never share any of your contact details with third parties.

I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine reserves the right to turn a bespoke design into a Custom Collection design, but only after your wedding or event has taken place.

We retain the right to use artwork or elements from our Bespoke designs for marketing, advertising and on other products not just limited to stationery.


If you believe the product to be faulty due to an error on our part, please notify us in writing with the details within 6 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your order back, we will investigate the issue and reply to you with our decision within 7 working days. If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine, we will of course correct or replace your stationery. I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety.

Condition of Sale

It is a condition of sale, that “I Do Wedding Stationery Coleraine’ details are discreetly displayed on the back of all invitations made. If you do not want this on your invite please inform us before your items are sent to print.


All quotes are based on material and printing cost at the time of your enquiry. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Order Timeline

A 25% deposit is required before we begin any order. 
2 rounds of proofing are included free and thereafter a fee of £10 will be applied per digital proof.

Approx 7 working days for printing for standard printing after sign off of proof.

Approx 14 working days for printing for specialised printing or design after sign off of proof. This includes any finishing, e.g. pocketfold invitations, envelope liners or any other specialty embellishment.

Average overall timeline 3-4 weeks from approval of proof.

We will always try to accommodate tighter timescales if we can, please let us know if you have a deadline and we will do our utmost best to meet this.


A 25% deposit is required before we can begin any design work. When you have decided on your quantities, a full quote will be emailed to you. Once payment has been received in full, we can then complete your order. I Do Wedding  Stationery cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Your payment of deposit indicates your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
