A summary of your order will be sent to the email address you provided. Please add bronagh@ido-online.co.uk to your contact list to ensure you receive your order summary.

Turn Around/Timeline:

The following timeline is provided to list the steps of the design process

Allow up to 4-5 days from date of submittal to recieve the first proof of your design.

Your job will not be printed without your emailed approval.

If you need a job in less than the allotted time frame, I Do Wedding Stationery has the right to charge a rush fee, calculated on the quantity of your order.

For All Paper Invitation Suites

Allow a 15 to 25 day turnaround once you approve your proof to complete your project (unless otherwise notified)


***In the event that any paper or ink stock is on back order and out of the control of I Do Wedding Stationery, the client will be notified of additional time needed.
The client may then have the right to change the choice of product used in order to complete the order.
Any errors or mistakes found on completion of your order which are due to incorrect information or spelling mistakes on your submission form will not be replaced without charge by I Do Wedding Stationery. So PLEASE make sure that all details you submit are correct.
It is STRONGLY recommended that you purchase a sample of your Invitation BEFORE proceeding with a large order to ensure you are completely Satisfied.
